Overview

ERNI is driven by talented people with the right mindset and culture. So, investing in people development to enable its employees to have access to continuous training and learning is an important part of ERNI’s DNA.

Investing in the development of its people, including underprivileged youth, is an important initiative in any country, including the Philippines. As this is a common value that is shared, ERNI is uniquely positioned to provide access to education and development to economically-challenged students in the Philippines.

ERNI Social Project  is ERNI’s corporate social responsibility initiative providing  a scholarship program for underprivileged youth in the Philippines. In partnership with Academia, the government, and ERNI clients, the scholarship program will provide IT education, communication and leadership training, and the tools necessary to enable the candidates to enter the workforce as an IT professional, regardless of economic background.
